This Legal page contains the Terms of Use, Privacy Notice, and other important information for Home Turf Golf, LLC, d.b.a. Home Turf Golf Studio (“Home Turf Golf,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By using our website, booking through our platform, creating an account, or visiting our facility, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.

TERMS OF SERVICE  (Website + Booking + Facility)

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book or purchase memberships/passes unless a parent/legal guardian books and supervises the minor participant. Additional age rules may apply during unstaffed hours.

2. Policies Incorporated by Reference

Your use of our services is also governed by policies presented at checkout, in your booking portal, and/or posted onsite, including our Cancellation/No-Show Policy, Facility Rules, and Waiver of Liability. If there is a conflict, the Waiver and Facility Rules control safety, conduct, liability, and damage responsibility.

3. Bookings, Memberships, Pricing

Bookings and memberships are subject to availability. Pricing may vary by time and demand and is shown at booking/checkout. Booking access does not guarantee availability.

4. Payments and Third-Party Providers

Payments may be processed through third-party providers. You agree to their applicable terms in addition to ours. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party systems.

5. Coded Entry, Access, and Remote Monitoring

  • Entry may be controlled via coded access.

  • Access codes may be delivered approximately 15 minutes before your booking time (or within a similar operational window).

  • Codes are reservation-specific and must not be shared outside your party. No tailgating/unauthorized entry.

  • The facility may be monitored remotely via security systems in common areas (no cameras in restrooms).

6. Hybrid Staffing / Self-Supervision

We may operate with limited staffing and may be unstaffed at certain times. When an attendant is not present, you are responsible for self-supervision and supervising your party.

7. Bay Time, Bay Locks, Turnover, Cleanup

  • Your bay is reserved for the scheduled time. Once the session ends/finalizes, the bay may lock or become unavailable.

  • Please exit promptly at session end. You may extend via the portal if time is available.

  • You’re welcome to use the putting green if available and not disrupting other guests.

  • Leave your bay and shared areas clean, dispose of trash, and be mindful of guests coming in after you.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Unsafe behavior, disorderly conduct, harassment, impairment, or rule violations may result in removal and/or suspension/termination of access without refund where allowed by policy.

9. Service Interruptions

We may close or restrict access for maintenance, repairs (including screens/components), upgrades, emergencies, or other operational reasons. Where practicable, we’ll provide notice. Remedies (if any) for downtime or outages are at our discretion unless required by law.

10. No Alcohol

Alcohol is not permitted on premises.

11. Limitation of Website Liability

Website content is provided “as is.” We try to keep it accurate, but do not guarantee completeness or timeliness. Use of the website is at your own risk.

12. Governing Law / Venue

These Terms are governed by Florida law. Venue for disputes is Miami-Dade County, Florida (state court) or the federal courts serving that venue.

13. Updates

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with an updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

B) PRIVACY POLICY

1. Information We Collect

We may collect:

  • Name, email, phone

  • Account and booking details

  • Payment-related details handled by processors (we typically do not store full card numbers)

  • Communications you send us

  • Device/analytics data (IP address, browser, pages viewed)

  • On-premises security footage (common areas only)

2. How We Use Information

To:

  • Provide bookings, memberships, and support

  • Process transactions and prevent fraud

  • Send confirmations and operational notices (including access-code delivery)

  • Improve our website and services

  • Send marketing communications if you opt in (you can opt out anytime)

3. Sharing

We may share data with service providers (booking, payment, analytics, email/SMS, security) and as required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is 100% secure.

5. Cookies

We use cookies/analytics to operate and improve the site. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
